For any job application, we process personal data typically involved in recruitment, such as:

  • Any other information voluntarily shared by the applicant

We may also process technical data via our digital job platform (IP address, operating system, browser, date/time of access, log files).

4. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be used solely to evaluate your candidacy, contact you regarding interviews and the selection process, inform you about future job openings (if authorized), and for potential hiring.

We may contact previous employers to verify references provided.

If you voluntarily provide information on disability, allergies, or other health-related data relevant to the role, it will only be processed to comply with labor safety regulations (Law 31/1995 and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013). Any irrelevant data will be securely deleted.

5. Legal Basis

Your data will be processed based on your express, free, informed, and unequivocal consent, given through checkboxes in our forms or by contacting us.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by post or email.

We do not process data from individuals under 16 years old, the minimum legal working age in Spain. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
